Vinipolis
This two-storey modern architectural complex is a center for wine tourism. The visitor is invited to discover, taste and eventually buy wines of the region. The upper level where one can find a Mediterranean restaurant, “Alex’s Bistro”, is floored in glass to give the visitor a view of the ageing barrel. This upper level is a «high-tech» wine cellar equipped with interactive terminals on the theme of wine, presenting all aspects of vines and wine-making. Vinipolis regularly hosts various events : winetastings, visits, exhibitions, etc.
